Background
Our client, a high-growth overseas start-up specialising in advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) hardware, was looking to establish its first UK entity as part of a broader international expansion strategy. With a strong engineering and R&D team abroad, the business needed to bring key personnel into the UK to build out technical capabilities.
To do this, they required both a sponsor licence for the newly formed UK establishment and a Skilled Worker visa for one of their senior technical leads. The company instructed our team to provide strategic immigration advice and manage both processes from end to end.
