How long does an Administrative Review take?

Can I submit new evidence during the review?
Generally, new evidence is not accepted during the Administrative Review process. The review focuses on identifying casework errors in the original decision. However, in certain circumstances, if there was a failure to follow evidential flexibility policies, new evidence may be considered.
What happens if I make a new application while my review is pending?
Making a new immigration application will invalidate the applicants request for an Administrative Review. The Home Office will withdraw the applicant review, and the applicant will not receive a refund of the application fee.
Can I appeal the decision if my review is unsuccessful?

How can I withdraw my Administrative Review request?
To withdraw the applicants request, the applicant must contact the Home Office by email. Include the applicants Unique Application Number, full name, date of birth, and nationality in the email.
